This policy explains what happens to the personal information you give Total Automotive & Engineering Limited through this website. We follow the information privacy principles of the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email address, phone number, the service you chose and your message. The online booking form is run by MechanicDesk, and what you enter there is handled under their own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your enquiry and to arrange work on your vehicle. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or pass on your details.

Where it is stored

Form messages are emailed to the workshop and a copy is kept in the website's secure admin area so an enquiry is not lost if an email goes astray. This website does not use advertising cookies.

Your rights
